Connect Discord and bring order to community support

Bring Intake to your Discord servers. Intake monitors questions, checks your docs and API, resolves publicly, and escalates complex issues to your team.

What it solves

The same question stops being answered weekly

In a community the good question is not asked once: it repeats weekly in a different channel, and the same person always answers it. The agent replies in-thread from your documentation, so that person gets their time back and whoever asks does not wait for someone to be online.

What it solves

Knowledge stops getting lost in the scroll

The best explanation a community ever produced is usually buried in a message from eight months ago that nobody will find. The agent spots what repeats and drafts the missing article from it, so the good answer stops depending on someone remembering where it was.

What it solves

Support and community stop being two worlds

Someone asking in Discord and someone opening a ticket are the same person with the same problem, but they end up in two places that do not talk. Connected, what happens in the community counts the same as the rest, and the team sees one volume instead of two partial ones.

A conversation handed to a person with its context

What it does

What the connection triggers and what the agent does with it

An integration is not useful for being on the list: it is useful for what it lets the agent do. This is what Discord puts on the table, and what the agent does with it without anyone watching.

When it acts

  • Message in support channel
  • Bot mention in server

What it can do

  • Reply publicly
  • Send DM with solution
  • Escalate as private ticket

How Discord helps the agent resolve with context

Three concrete things that change the team day, not a feature list.

  • Automatic answers

Intake reads assigned channels and replies instantly, preventing your technical team from doing basic support.

  • Problem resolution

Not just a docs bot. Intake can execute actions (like checking roles or accounts) before replying in Discord.

  • Noiseless escalation

If the technical question is complex, Intake creates a ticket in your inbox for your team to review without losing the original thread.

How it works

Three steps, and only the first needs a Discord admin. The rest you change later without reconnecting anything.

  • Authorise the connection

You open the integrations panel, pick Discord and authorise access with the account your team already uses. You need to be an admin in Discord, so if you are not, this is the only step you will have to ask someone for.

  • You choose what the agent sees

You tick the channels, events and account fields it can reach. What you do not tick does not exist for it, and you can change that whenever you want without reconnecting anything.

  • It answers with that context

From the first conversation the agent looks that data up before replying, resolves what it can close on its own and passes to a person what it cannot, with the case already assembled.

Frequently asked questions

How long does connecting Discord take?

Minutes, not an afternoon. You authorise access and choose what it can see; nothing needs rewriting and no development work is needed to start.

Can I revoke access later?

Yes, and from either side: revoking the connection in Intake or withdrawing the permission from Discord. The agent stops reading that data immediately and keeps answering with the rest.

Does using Discord cost extra?

No. Every integration sits inside the per-resolved-conversation price: 0.41 EUR on annual billing. There is no add-on to buy and no call meter.

What happens if Discord stops responding?

The agent answers with what it does have and, if the question depended on that data, hands off to a person explaining why. It never invents the value it could not look up.

Does Intake answer in all channels?

You decide which channels Intake reads and answers. You can limit it to specific support or technical Q&A channels.

Can it reply via Direct Messages (DMs)?

Intake can be configured to resolve questions both in public community threads and in direct messages to the bot.
