2. What we use on intake.es
On intake.es we only use technologies that are necessary for the operation of the site and, optionally, Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregated statistics about site usage.
We do not currently use advertising or profiling cookies, nor third-party tools such as YouTube, Vimeo, Calendly, HubSpot, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Stripe, chat tools, or third-party embeds.

3. Legal basis
Necessary technologies are used on the basis of legitimate interest and technical necessity in order to provide the service requested through the website.
Analytics cookies are only used if you provide consent. If you do not accept, Google Analytics 4 is not loaded.
4. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can accept or reject analytics from the initial banner and you can also change your choice from this page at any time.
You can also delete cookies or local storage from your browser settings. If you do, the site may ask you for your preference again on a later visit.
5. Third parties and international processing
If you accept analytics, certain technical and usage information may be processed by Google LLC as the provider of Google Analytics 4, subject to its own terms and policies.
In practice, this may involve international processing of data linked to the use of that service. This statement is a reasonable inference from the use of Google Analytics 4 as an external provider.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookies policy if the law changes, if we add new tools, or if we change the way we measure site usage.
If that happens, we will publish the updated version on this page.

The GA4 and Microsoft Clarity cookie names and default durations described above are based on each provider official documentation. Neither tool loads if you decline analytics: consent is checked before their scripts are downloaded. The general consent and information structure follows the layered notice approach recommended by the Spanish data protection authority.
