Do conversations need tagging?
No. Grouping comes from the conversation content, so it works on the history you already have, untouched.
How many conversations does it need?
A few hundred is enough to see patterns. Below that it is noise, and we prefer to say so.
And what do I do with it?
Usually one of two things: write the missing article, or fix the thing in the product that makes people ask.
