What you pay today against the Intake plan
Today you pay your team and a tool. With Intake you pay the plan your conversation volume needs, at the published price, and you stop paying today’s tool and the hours the AI takes off your team. ROI is each month’s net savings divided by what Intake costs that month.
We assume €3,300 a month per person including employer costs (a €30,000 salary), 147 working hours a month, and that the AI resolves 30% of conversations, a cautious figure.

What share of conversations does an AI agent resolve?
It depends on what you get asked and how much is written down. Repeated questions already answered in your documentation are the first it resolves; requests that need an action require the agent to be able to do it in your systems. That’s why the calculator starts at 30%: in the demo we look at your conversations.
How is ROI calculated?
It’s one month’s net savings divided by what Intake costs that month, as a percentage. Net savings are what you pay today minus what you would pay with Intake, plan included.
Is there anything to pay besides the plan?
No. We don’t charge per team member or for AI usage, and there’s no lock-in. Prices exclude VAT.
What if I have more than 2,000 conversations a month?
Scale is the highest published plan. Above it is Enterprise, priced for your volume: we’ll go through it in the demo.
Do you store what I enter?
No. The maths runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.
